This was for my yearly eye exam and the experience was very good.

I have asked about blurring vision in one of my eyes but the issue was not resolved until I asked a nurse about it and received an answer. Dr. Nichols appears too busy to discuss my treatment and never tells me why certain tests are being done. He doesn't seem to listen when I tell him I have problems with my vision.

Dr. Carter is very friendly and exudes professionalism. His explanation of choices in treatment was thorough and comprehensive. I felt comfortable going ahead with the procedure and with him doing it. Everything went better than I expected. My result is excellent. I would chose him to do my mother’s cataract surgery.

Dr. Nichols took the time to review my situation, order an additional test to try to save me a visit to my retina specialist, and provided a name of another doctor with an excellent reputation for a future visit in another state when we move. He's very personable and helpful. His staff was efficient and friendly.

I have seen Dr Nichols several years for my annual eye exam. He and his staff a very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. All my questions were addressed and Dr Nicholas’s provided me options for future eye care and correction. I appreciate his measured approach and will definitely go back to him for future check ups and evaluations. Edina Eye is a very comfortable, well run clinic with great customer service. A very good experience overall!
