iSpine (formerly PDR) is an excellent option for physical therapy, whether you're a young and seasoned athlete, or an older adult with particular risks. The staff are all knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and focused. The facility itself is clean and spacious, and the equipment they use is top notch (the medx machines are awesome). The programs they use are very effective and range from warm-ups and stretches, to various exercises, and strength and endurance training on the special machines. They also provide you with a nice info booklet that's concise and looks well put together. Solid outcomes.
