They were ready for me when I showed up. The staff was very friendly and stayed in constant communication with me and my daughter. All went perfectly! Thank you to my team.

We had our 11 month old have surgery here with pediatric surgical associates, and it was a good experience. Wasn't super accommading for small children (just a small room with curtain) but we didn't need much. If you child is older probably best to do it at children's hospital vs here.

Nurses and staff were great. The cost of going over allowed pre paid surgery time in the surgery center is outrageous. Because my surgeon had a hard time stopping me from bleeding I am being charged hundreds of dollars for 36 extra minutes in the sugery center. Invoice was sent 4 weeks after sugery with no explanation of the bill. Not a happy patient. Nothing was said to me about going over in time until recieveing this bill.

Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FACILITY IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE & LOVED ONES! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE COULD OF ENDED ST 34 YOUNG DUE TO NEGLECTIONS

Can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Ridges Surgery Center. My nurses were very compassionate and knowledgeable, and the support staff were professional and kind. Was able to touch base with both my surgeon and anesthesiologist ahead of time to go over the procedure and ask any last minute questions. The whole experience was extremely efficient, everything ran on-schedule, and it was very clear that my time was valued. Would recommend this surgery center to anyone!

I would like to give them five but we have had those times, those day's I am currently waiting for my wife to get out of surgery and honestly 😔 really nervous. There are some really great people here and it's right next to where my kids were birthed. Thanks for all the hard work guys and girls!

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so kind and helpful. This was my first surgery and they made me feel comfortable. I have zero complaints and everything went smoothly.

Billing is suspect. Customer/patient responsiveness low. Unfairness and stonewalling. Clinic refused to give detailed, unbundled coded statements, upon request. While we liked the professional services, attentiveness, and care, be wary of extra fees and charges. Customer resolution center for Burnsville is in the state of Indiana.

My 14 month old was seen by Dr. Silver for a procedure and I have no regrets. Everything was great from checking in to walking out the door. Kid friendly and professional.

Pray you are not a self pay patient!!!! I worked for weeks ahead of time to get an exact dollar amount for the surgery. They quoted me a “global” charge that included everything including anesthesia. They MADE me pre-pay for surgery. THEN, I am getting bills from the anesthesiologist because they have no idea about me already paying Ridges for it ALL. I called ridges billing center and they say indeed the anesthesia was part of the charge and it’s on my invoice. However the invoice is terribly vague. They say they don’t communicate with the anesthesiologist. Now when I call the ridges billing center again to try to get them to pay the anesthesiologist I can’t get a return call no matter what! So what, I get charged double for anesthesia because they won’t pay the money I’ve already paid them to the appropriate person? That is stealing!
