Dr Silver got me in even though they were booked. He helped me with my ongoing ear infection. He was patient, knowledgeable and came up with a plan to get me well!

Purpose of the appointment was to find out which allergies have improved. Also to transfer my antigen drops to Dr. Silver. I ended up talking about symptoms and went off on a tangent. I didn't complete the goal of the appointment. Could you please follow-up with a few items? Following is my list: Could you please let me know the process on how to get my antigen drops transferred over? Would be able to let me know which allergies have improved? I had all lab work paperwork sent to your clinic.

Receptionist was always rude (seems to be a trend) and Dr. Silver came across very impatient and condescending. I thought it would be a benefit that he himself is a diabetic but instead I found that I always felt inferior and as if I was doing everything wrong. Ending up switching endos after 2 years.
