I always receive excellent care. I have had 2 babies with them and several more years of annual appointments. I always feel heard and cared for with everyone I've seen. I consistently see Dr. Ou-Yang now and she is kind and has given me excellent recommendations. The nursing team is top notch! They make having vaccines and blood draws incredibly easy. The triage nurses get back to me right away when I've needed it and give me answers from the doctor within a day.

Yang was very nice. I didn’t feel rushed, answered all my questions. But I didn’t like how she was pushing the Covid vaccine. I had made the decision to not get it, she brought it up twice to educate me on the shot. I didn’t appreciate that.

Dr.Robin was wonderful. She took her time to listen to me the entire time, never cut me off and then informed me of what she believes what is going on in my health journey. Very proactive with me. The best doctor I have ever seen. She truly cares about her patients on an individual level. She is personalized to your needs to live a better life. Physically and mentally. Thank you! Thank you!

I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Ou-Yang and she patiently and actively listened to me walk through my concerns and questions. I did not feel rushed or judged. She was very thorough with her explanations and explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand and offered me a lot of reassurance. She has a very sweet and gentle demeanor and by far one of the kindest doctors I've ever met with!
