They will keep rescheduling appts at the last second, then not give you the option to set a date and time until a much later date.

I am shocked and very upset with the extremely unprofessional care I received during my first (and last) visit to this clinic. I scheduled an 8 am appointment to draw blood, something that should not have taken more than 15 minutes. I arrived at 8 am sharp, checked in, and proceeded to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room. I then waited again in line to speak with a receptionist (to notify them I have been waiting so long), another 5 minutes passes before a receptionist is able to speak with me. After the receptionists goes to speak with whoever is supposed to be seeing me, I am called by name to the back. No apology is given for waiting so long. The person drawing my blood tells me to sit. She does not introduce herself, does not explain to me what she is doing. I had to ask if she was even going to verify my information. She was very rude to me and spoke to me as if I was a child. I am already nervous for this appointment; the waiting and rudeness of the employees made it a million times worse. I then proceed to tell her this is my first blood draw, and she immediately looks at her partner (who also did not introduce herself to me) and begins LAUGHING. I had to ASK HER “Is that funny?” while she continues laughing. At this point I am on the verge of tears and just want to leave. I was so nervous, I hate needles, and I medical appointments make me nervous. This employee humiliated me. After poking at my arm for 10 minutes (again, not even explaining what she is doing), she asks the other person in the room for help. This person was much nicer, explained what she was doing, and helped to make me feel more comfortable. Unfortunately the damage was done. They finally finished and I went to my car to cry. I had my time wasted, was spoken to like child, and was humiliated by this person who is a “MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL.” I will not be returning to this clinic, ever. I have worked in healthcare for >10 years, my husband is in nursing at a different Mayo location, and I know this is not how it is supposed to be. I didn’t even get an apology. I do not recommend this Mayo location to anyone, unless you would like your time wasted and to be humiliated by those who are supposed to care for you.

I called today for an appointment an was told "sorry we close at 5pm" but the site clearly states that you close at 7pm....what's up with that
