My family called for ER wait times due to needing to go back. Was greeted with an absolutely disrespectful woman. She claimed I was lying to my family about my condition when they've been with me the whole way. I couldn't believe my ears. She had no idea at all what is going on but had to make sure she said that.
Worst experience in my life I was brought in by ambulance doctor came in right away and was polite. But they kept sticking me with IV’s and could not get with one. And I had extreme bleeding. Left and am sure willing to put this out on the news.
My 5 year old son was brought in tonight because his breathing was off. They took his o2 levels when he got there and it was at 91%. They waited 3 hours and a phone call from an extremely angry mother to put him on o2 and get him into a room. The emergency room is awful and has been for years. I love the clinic and his pediatrician, it's a shame I can't say the same about ER staff
Came in with a 2-yr old with a BLEEDING HEAD INJURY and waited over 2 hours to be seen decided to leave with out being seen to go else where. No one came to bandage him or anything absolutely disgusted with the service, timing and care absolutely do not go here.
I have never in my life experience such racism ever I came in with severe back and chest pain to have a doctor tell me after just touching my back that I don't need any x-rays or testing done he doesn't see the need I've been in pain for 3 days he told me to go home and keep taking Tylenol which I told him when I got here that's not working he brushed me off when I asked for a second opinion and when I demanded tests I'm an African-American woman and I have never been treated like this in a medical field ever
Horrible ER. We went to the ER early in the morning, because my wife was actively bleeding and passing lining. After a relatively nice experience at the check in desk, we went into the ER room. The majority of the time we sat there, while my wife kept returning to the bathroom to continue bleeding out. Occasionally a nurse or doctor would come in to ask a couple questions, then promptly leave. All the while not telling us what was going on, or helping my wife with her constant bleeding. Eventually they came in and took her blood to run some tests, and did an ultrasound. They turned the screen mostly away from us and still did not tell us what was happening. We went back to the room, and eventually my wife passed the baby while on the toilet. They took it to run tests on it, then came in and said "Sorry." They then released us to go home. Now they want $3000 from us. All for not telling us we were losing our baby, barely doing anything to help my wife with her immense bleeding, and saying sorry. Recommendation: Avoid this ER at all costs

Our son needed stitches late at night. We went to Cambridge ER because we've had good experiences there in the past. Nurse Jamie and ER Dr. Roman were really great. Very efficient but we didn't feel like they were rushing and they took their time answering our questions. They were patient and very kind with our 7 year old as well as his worried mom. Even when we were in the room waiting, nurse Jamie would pop in to give us quick updates about what was happening and what we were waiting for. It was a nice bonus that the rooms were a comfortable temp. Usually at a hospital I am freezing. We were in and out of there in an hour and a half. In the past we have been happy going here as well. We have a hospital 5 minutes from our house, but if possible we will skip that one and drive the extra 25 minutes to go here instead.
I put 5 stars so people can read this. This is the most incompetent ER I've ever been to. They are slow, rude, don't listen, and misdiagnosed everything. Don't go here they sent more then 1 person who's having heart attacks home (previous experience) there ER doctors don't know their foot from their head. YOU WILL DIE before you are even seen and you'll still be waiting for to be seen then.
Arrived to the er at 12am I could barely walk and or sit bc of my lower back pain.. I was told that there is a 4hr wait time.. took about an hr to be brought back into a room.. a nurse came in talked to me about my chart to do some updates that was it… 4:15am I page the nurses station asked if they forgot about me they said no they are just really busy to busy to make an appearance or to check up on me?? 20 minutes later I just walked out… I’ll be goin to unity hospital later

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
