Rachael M. Harter actually told my client that she "could do nothing more for them" in an office visit. The patient is in pain and is desperate, and chose this doctor to fulfill a requirement for a PCP. This Doctor has skirted around obvious issues presented by my client, advising it's all in their head (meaning behavioral health), also charting incorrect notes in a secure medical server in Ridgeview. Now this client is referred to a much more professional service who actually found things they can "do for them". I sincerely advise you... AVOID this doctor at all costs. Thank you.

Dr. Hartner took the time to hear all my problems-Diabetes, knee surgery, sleeplessness, and didn't waste time in telling me the necessary treatments we would try, with my permission. She was professional, curteous and really knew what to do.

I saw Dr. Harter at Ridgeview Chanhassen Clinic. She does not listen well, and seems more interested in making money for the clinic than addressing patient needs.
