I highly recommend iSpine and Dr. Faltas specifically for PTSD related stellate ganglion block treatments. After my first treatment, I slept deeply for the first time in many years. After the second treatment, a huge amount of buried trauma was released. It wasn't fun, but it has led to huge breakthroughs for me that have been incredibly impactful in a very positive way. I highly recommend doing this treatment in conjunction with a therapist and if possible with additional ketamine treatments. The combination is incredibly effective and there is lots of scientific evidence to prove that. iSpine will add a small amount of ketamine for PTSD patience after the first few injections. It is helpful, however the dose is "sub-clinical". I've done 5 treatments so far and am incredibly grateful for the experience. The only reason that the clinic doesn't get 5 stars is that their administrative processes need a lot of improvement. 100% of the people there are kind and motivated to help you, so I am sure they will get through those small challenges soon.

I'm still WAITING for them to get my driver's license and ALL my insurance cards back from my visit! The new front desk lady FAILED TO GIVE THEM BACK TO ME! It's THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO RETURN MY EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PROPERTY. IT'S BEEN A WEEK AND STILL NOT RETURNED! AS IF I AM SUPPOSED TO DRIVE -- MILES ROUND TRIP TO FIX THEIR EMPLOYEES MISTAKE! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT OF EMPLOYEE/ MANAGEMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I shared with Jacob that I was having back and hip pain and he ordered an MRI that I let my oncologist know. It turns out that something is suspicious and I willi be having another MRI with contrast. Thank you for being on top of my care!
