Efficient and kind
Was in and out in less than 45 min. The front desk reception person got me registered quickly, and I waited once in the room to see the doc for about 6 min. It was great! They were very professional.
Super quick, kind, and effective. 100% would recommend.
THIS PLACE STINKS, I PREFER ESSENTIA HEALTH, SHOULDN'T HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT JUST TO GET SOME EARDROPS THAT ONE TIME, WE'RE NOT DOING THAT, FORGET YOU GUYS!😠😠
Upon arriving at MedExpress, I was greeted, was called back to see the nurse, lab specimens were taken, and then I saw the CNP. Everyone was kind, friendly and it all took place very quickly- no long wait. I picked up my prescribed meds and am already feeling better a couple days later
I've always had great experiences here. Very high-quality care for a fraction of the cost of a traditional office visit.
Awesome awesome AWESOME staff. Friendly, quick and convenient as it gets!
Staff is nice, but the wait time is awful. They are very under staffed? I came to the clinic on Monday and was turned away because of staffing issues. I am back today (Friday)… I came in for a simple drug test for my new job, and I’ve been waiting 5hrs.
The place is dirty gross. Used to be able to eat off the floor. Now it is dirty and smells like dirty mop water. Dirty streaks down the walls, dried blood and rust on floors in the exam rooms. It's just not sanitary at all.
Wife took our sick niece and toddler into MedExpress (whom we have custody of) and showed the DOCA and ID as proof.. Wife was still treated like she was a kidnapper by the front desk lady. Talk about uncomfortable and out of pocket behavior. 😷 The provider who seen the kids was very professional though. Too bad there isn't a double star system in place for mixed reviews.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
