Employees are not welcoming and show attitude while talking.

Although the staff on site were delightful, after having my procedure I had complications. Upon calling the office during business hours to consult with a nurse or doctor, I was forwarded to the coordinator's voicemail for the doctor who did my procedure. It took nearly 24 hours to hear back from the coordinator, and has now been 48 hours since initially called, but still haven't heard from the doctor. You'd think that if somewhere advises you to contact them in the event you have symptoms that they would have someone available to discuss issues with a patient. Having to wait what will now be 3 business days to speak with a doctor about my symptoms seems unreasonable, and honestly unsafe.

Charlatans. "A person who pretends to have skills or knowledge that they do not have, especially in medicine." I believe others investigating their options have a right to the truth of my experience so that they may make an informed decision regarding unsuccessful procedures, which will cost them thousands of dollars and a damaged credit report.I went in for a consultation to address my difficulties swallowing. The Dr. listened for about 2 minutes and made his recommendation. I agreed to it because it sounded legitimate. And he's a Dr., right? This is his field of expertise in which I have none. The procedure was effective for 10 days. That's it. 10 days.I received 2 bills for the procedure. I called to ask why. Got an explanation of a facility charge and a separate physician charge. (The only time I was successful in speaking with a human there) Clearly double billing. But it's legal, albeit unethical, so that's neither here nor there I guess. Just would have been nice to know up front that you're going to pay twice for a single procedure.I began paying on the invoices. While I was actively paying, my accounts were turned over to collection. I called MNGI to find out what was going on. I received no response. So I contacted the collection agency. After speaking with the woman there, she confirmed that my accounts were in good standing and that it was extremely odd they sent them to collection.While actively paying the collection agency, once I had paid one invoice in full and only had $365 left to pay on the 2nd invoice, MNGI sent another invoice for $300 directly to the collection agency. I had never received a copy of that invoice. I contacted MNGI and had to leave another message. I let them know that I believed the new $300 charge to be in error, and I would like to see an invoice detailing what I owe and why. I let them know that I would be stopping further collection payments until we could get the fraudulent charge resolved. I again received no reply.So I contacted the collection agency again. The woman there emailed me a copy of the new invoice. It simply stated that I owed $300 with no procedure or reason attached to it. Just an amount. I let the woman know the same information. That I would be stopping payments until I had this matter resolved.Cut to a few months later. I receive a letter from an attorney demanding remittance of payment for both the legitimate debt and the fraudulent one. I responded with my story and sent him copies of the original invoices as well as records of payments made and when. I asked if he would be able to get an invoice detailing why I owed them this new $300. They sent him a doctored invoice outlying a history of payments that did not reflect the accuracy of the payments made by me to the collection agency.I was able to obtain proof of those payments, both from my bank, and the collection agency. The collection agency even has records of the account that had been paid in full. I gave all of this evidence to the attorney. I never heard back from him again. Cut to another 6 months later and these 2 collection amounts, the legitimate $365 and the erroneous $300, hit my credit report. I attempted to contact MNGI a 3rd time with no response.I am totally unclear as to why they would want to try to ruin a person's credit who is actively paying their bills. But there they sit on my credit report with MNGI and myself in a dead lock. Me not willing to pay another dime until they can produce evidence supporting their claims of money owed, and them refusing to contact me to discuss.My first review was given the standard canned response of "to protect your privacy, please contact our office directly." I have tried, MNGI, I have tried. 3 times with no response. The ball is in your court MNGI. It has been for 3 years now.Try the U of M. They listen. They solve. Don't believe the 5 star reviews. MNGI doesn't deserve another dime from anyone. Ever.

Every person I interacted with was so kind, friendly, informative and professional. It took some time to get an appointment, but once you are there it is a well run facility.

250 bucks to tell me a hemorrhoid was not, in fact, a hemorrhoid.Just as useful as asking someone on a street corner to bend me over but also 5x more expensive

This clinic cancelled an appointment on me in the AM (20 minutes before said appt) and then rescheduled for 5pm. The provider did not show up to the 5pm appointment. (This was a telehealth appointment so I was already leery of this. I called their hosting service one minute after the appointment time when the provider was already not in the room. Hosting service assured me I was in the right place.) If your clinic can't handle offering online appointments then maybe it's time you stop offering them. Meanwhile I still have unresolved lower GI problems so I'll just sit here with daily diarrhea til I can find a clinic willing to honor the appointments they make.

Don't bother! Went in for a consultation and told due to covid I was good for the procedure but they wanted me to wait! Now they want me to jump through hoops to just get in. ALSO can't even get my prescription refilled until I make an appointment which the wond make until i get tested for the made up pandemic covid. Last appointment cost me over 500.00 and they did nothing but tell me they didn't want me to do the procedure until covid calmed down!

Drove 1 hour to get a stool test. First they gave me the wrong test, so I had to go back to get the right one..." even tho I had an appointment and gave them my name, date of birth"! Then drove another hour(one way) to return the test. I followed all the instructions to a T because this is already embarrassing. Waited a week with my hopes high that I will get answers to this 20 year struggle of diarrhea. But nope, tests cancelled stool sample overfilled. No, I did what they said and the paper directions were followed. So no answers, but I still got billed for tests that were canceled. Still in pain everyday!
