List of John Lee's Reviews
An unannounced, Tele-visit was scheduled at $35 Out of Pocket fee. Triage staff communication was reasonably unprofessional. Doctors as well as Nurse Practitioner were over 40 minutes late for both tele-health appointments. As a patient partner, Dr. Lee intro was" Who are you" while I had not been given the chance to introduce myself. I believe the appropriate intro could have been, Good Afternoon, I am Dr. Lee and you are? Or anything relative. My partner has stage IV Lung Cancer and while my partner wanted to try to continue fighting for his life, he blew his HOPE candle out like a gust of wind. Told my partner he was in "Bad Shape". As I attempted to explain his previous hospital visits etc. Doctor Lee was very matter of fact, condescending in his tone and heartless to be totally candid. Ordered Hospice like he was at a fast food drive thru for him. My partner felt like he was given up on and just placed his head down walked away from the phone and cried in my arms. Thx so much John
Love this provide, he is always on top of your healthcare and his staff ore always kind.
very caring. I have my whole family going to see him.
Even though Dr. Lee is a great doctor the wait time at Mace Medical center is ridiculous! I am usually right on time if not a few minutes early for my appointments but then I sit and wait no less than an hour to just be called back! The last appointment was at 10:30 a.m. and I wasn't seen until almost NOON!
Took the time to discuss without being in a rush. Even got a little upset when I refused to take any medications and educated me on what could happen if I did not. Very detailed. He speaks to you like he has known you forever. Keeps you relaxed. He shows high concern of your condition and feelings. I'm a 50 year old male who has seen a lot of sports doctors and lived all over the country and had several family doctors. Dr. Lee has been the best for me and my wife.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
