My Son has had foot pain for almost a year. At 10 years old he would wake up in pain everyday and would not be able to participate in activities. He is a football player and it's his life. He was worried he would not be able to play. With 1 visit Dr. Mittlesteadt was not only so friendly but was able to give a exact reason for his pain. He spent the time with my Son to teach him daily stretches he can do to help him. He worked on the way he stretched and explained what it should feel like so my son knew he was doing it right. He did his stretches as directed and woke up this morning without foot pain. It was amazing to watch my kid just be a kid.Couldn't of asked for a better experience!Jen Melsha
