MIchael Johnson's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Michael Johnson seems to be very knowledgeable about hand/wrist issues. I saw him for the first time for a wrist injection to relieve pain. The injection was fine and I am feeling relief quicker than my last few injections from other doctors. He must have hit the right spot and I appreciate that.The injection did hurt more than it has in the past. I don't know if this was related to how quick he pushed the liquid in, or something else.I was also a bit surprised by the cold spray his assistant shot at the injection site. This was not something I had experienced and they didn't explain it before doing it.I feel that there is a little room for improvement in overall listening. I felt like he just sort of blew off a couple of things I said and didn't really make the time to listen to what I felt I needed to say about my injury. But this could be said about most doctors/specialists that I have seen. They come in quick and ready to move onto the next patient.Overall, I would recommend him based on my short, quick experience. This recommendation is based on his knowledge and competency as a dr. Which is what I care about overall for something like a wrist injection and further wrist care.

I LOOOOOOOOOVE Dr. Michael H. Johnson! I was scared to death to have surgery (rotator cuff and other damage to shoulder) as I had heard horror stories of the pain and long recovery involved with it. But I had heard about Johnson's amazing surgical skills and set up an appointment. I decided to go ahead with the surgery. I am now 2 weeks out from the surgery and have had very little pain at all (and used very few of the pain meds I was given) and my range of motion is really good already. Johnson's skills as a surgeon are complemented by his quirky fabulous sense of humor, which really helped the entire process. I only wish I had more injuries I could bring him to fix! GO TO DR. JOHNSON! He is the best!!!

I saw Dr. Johnson about chronic pain in my left hand. He thoroughly explained what my choices would be to resolve my problem. I was treated conservatively during this visit, and he and his PA did their best to minimize the pain while the procedure was being done. I feel confident that when I choose to have surgery in the near future, he will be the one performing it.

He explained what was going on and what could help. Even though it was a painful remedy in the long run I think the shots will help. He thinks he’s funny lol

Never had an issue with TCO, Doctors and staff always excellent and very helpful.

Listens, examines, seeks feedback. Everything I would want in my physician. I felt 100% better 24hrs after the steroid injections.

Dr. Johnson is very thorough and doesn't rush you through your appointment. Would definitely recommend him.

Very satisfied with my visit with Dr.Johnson ,concerning the arthritis in my right hand and the cyst on my left hand. He was able to treat the cyst without surgery. I was treated very professional and concerning.

After reviewing the X-rays, Dr. Johnson quickly assessed my shoulder problem and prescribed my course of treatment. His knowledge, clear explanation and demeanor put me at ease and assured me that I was in excellent hands.

At first I was unsure , but after talking awhile , he really made me comfortable and I had an open carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and had a great experience , very personable and his pa Ellen is also awesome and everyone we worked with were just great . Highly recommend!
