I waited for more than 70 minutes to see the Doctor. No one came into the room to explain the situation or possible reschedule. Doctor was rushed, tired and not very thorough. Staff was not communicative. I had two great experiences at this clinic years ago, maybe it was just a bad day when I revisited. They should be more diligent, even on days that are stressful for staff.

Dr. Diekmann has been my doctor for over 20 years, having provided me with excellent medical care. He is friendly and easy to talk to about any questions or concerns you may have about your orthopedic medical condition.

Dr. Diekmann's office got me in for an appointment within 2 days. When i got there the waiting time was extremely short. His exam was thorough. He asked lots of questions and listened to my answers. He updated my X-Rays and put together a good plan. His care team got preapproval for the injection I needed for my arthritic knee.
