TJ performed rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. After 6 months i returned to the gym and slowly weaned into my workout program. Its been 11 month now and I'm fully recovered. No aches, no pain! TJ did an exceptional job on my shoulder. I typically research and lean towards doctors who have worked on notable athletes, that's why i went him TJ. He is very knowledgeable, professional, listens to his patient and performs high quality work. I would recommend TJ in a heart beat!

Dr. Ridley and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional. During my visit they made me feel like they truly cared in getting me back to 100%! They were fast paced, yet took the time to listen to what I had going on with my injury. Dr. Ridley followed up on multiple occasions to ensure I was getting better and offered clear and effective ways to accelerate my recovery. I would highly recommend Dr.Ridley and his team at TCO.
