So far I'm a New client and I can't get a hold of anyone at the office I'm trying to be seen at for my 1st appointment, my code for the app they wanted me to login to expired so I couldn't login, my therapist never called me to see what was going on, every office has the same number that nobody seems to answer and I keep getting directed to leave a voicemail that will be returned in up to 2 business days. What good does that do me if I need to communicate with someone for a quick access code so I can attend my appointment?
