Great doctor, terrible office help!!!! Called 5 times now for a prescription refill with no help and no response! Sitting on Hold for 35 minutes and no one will answer the phone service!!!! How do you people stay in business???? Finding a different doctor!!! You guys are terrible!

We were referred to Dr. Reynolds after several unsatisfactory experiences with a Provo urologist and couldn't be more thrilled with Dr. Reynolds' expertise, bedside manner, care for his patients, etc... He listened to my son's medical history, believed his symptoms, provided necessary treatment, and went above and beyond in his service to us (even meeting us after hours one evening). If you want a great urologist, go see Dr. Reynolds! We refer everyone to him now.

Dr Reynolds is great! But the way the office is run, is so frustrating. No organization. Nobody has ever called me with results. I have always had to call and they can never find any information. The only way to get questions answered by a doctor is by making an apportionment. Otherwise, you’re left hanging. I’ve worked in the medical field for almost 20years and this is the most poorly run office I’ve ever seen.

I was already impressed with Dr Reynolds' office manner, and staff, but I had 2 kidney stones removed yesterday and I am overwhelmed at his surgical skill. Very little pain (only related to the saline that expanded my kidney during surgery as I felt like I had to urinate badly for like 4 hrs), hardly any bleeding, success! I pray I never get kidney stones again, but if I do I have 100% confidence in Dr Reynolds!

Dr Reynolds is very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills with discussing the medical issues I had regarding Prostate cancer.
