Absolutely horrible

Horrible rude unprofessional receptionist, has no business in medical care. I had an appointment and I arrive on time receptionist claims I'm late and when I show her the time she says I didn't have an appointment. I asked her to make up her mind which lie she would go with since it can't be both! And I caught it all on camera!

This is negative stars. Horrible receptionist. Doctor is somewhat expert but due to his receptionist I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. To keep business going doctor should look for reviews and change receptionist. Terrible, She can’t even speak English. Only Vietnamese people go there since doctor and receptionist speaks in Vietnamese only. Regret going there. If you are reading reviews pls pls don’t go there. Waste of money And time.

Horrible front desk! They are extremely unprofessional and ignore you unless you pester them enough. Without consistently reminding them that you are there, you are looking at waiting until the entire clinic is done until they bring you back. This is unacceptable, especially when they tell you to make an appointment and call in advanced. The doctor is fine, he will treat you well, but dealing with the front desk makes it extremely not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

Terrible front desk people. Insulted my entire family on 3 separate occasions. Tried to play it off like it was just a joke but it was extremely unacceptable. Long wait times. Made us wait over 2 hours. Calls you 3 times to tell you to go into the office only to ignore you when you arrive.

TERRIBLE FRONT DESK WITH POOR MANNERS I can’t tell enough how terrible customer service was! I’d give no star if it’s available. This is possibly the worse experience I’ve ever had in a professional service. The office is lousy and has ZERO privacy. Front desk staff discussed my husband’s medical info out loud right AT THE FRONT DESK where many other patients were sitting around waiting for the service. Forget about HIPPA if you decide to come here! But this was not even the worse thing yet! Front desk staff were so rude and had really poor manners. Yesterday which was a year after my husband got the service, staff 1 (whose name I don’t know) called him to remind an annual checkup appointment he never booked. My husband asked follow up questions trying to understand what was happening and the lady sounded so rude as if it was his fault for not remembering a nonexisting appointment. He finally scheduled the appointment a few day later. But then today staff 2 called him again about the SAME issue. And Her manner was just as bad as the first one’s. My husband got mad and he just simply asked them to remove his file! Okay. Last word, if you plan to come to this office, take all negative reviews here seriously!
