Never had a doctor laugh in my face when I told him I wanted a wellestablished procedure for my condition that other hospitals do all the time. His laughter was accompanied by a patronizing tone telling me no you dont. I found him very strange and unprofessional. Never called me back as promised with the review from U Of M doctors regarding my case that his office was supposedly requesting.

Dr Irwin is working with my daughter and actually taking the time to truly figure out what is going on. He is taking her seriously and not just brushing off her symptoms as other doctors have. When he asked about our family history and learned I had the same symptoms my whole life he could not believe no doctor had ever done any testing on me either. He has a great personality also. Very professional but also personable.
