Mark I believe he is an MRI tech is really incredible. Honestly one of the best medical staff Ive ever interacted with. He really did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable through my 3 scans. Thank you for treating me well.
CDI has been extremely accommodating and gone out of their way for me. When the Mayo requested an MRI with Diffusion series of the lumbar only CDI had the equipment to do it and they always schedule you in immediately. Well recommended
MRI all done. St Luke’s CDI is the best Experience from beginning to end was wonderful. RaShelle as receptionist is always professional. Had cardiology involved Heather because of my pacemaker. She was incredible. CDI tech Joe was awesome. Walked me through all steps. He hooked me up with 60s music. I can truly say I had wonderful coworkers when I worked for CDI for 7 years. They also provide the best patient care Thank you CDI. 💕💕. 5 stars but I don’t know how to do that.
Great staff
I attempted to have a traditional MRI done but was overtaken by panic. I did a bit of research and found St. Lukes CDI Open MRI. We were given an appointment that was less than 24 hours from the time we called. Upon arriving we were greeted got the paperwork out of the way and taken back within minutes. They were very understanding about my anxiety and allowed my daughter to accompany me. The scanner itself was less intimidating than the traditional scanner in as it was not designed to suck me into a skin tight tube so that only my feet were showing. I was able to see the people in the room. The loud tapping knocking and vibrating the machine made was bearable as I was given headphones with piped in music and the tech was in constant communication with me. If I felt uneasy all I had to do was push the panic button or call out. The tech kept me informed as to how long each scan would take and how many were left to go. During my adventure to help deal with the anxiety I thought about what I wanted to do the rest of the day what was for lunch how I would describe this to anyone who asked about an MRI. Toward the end I did have to escape for a moment just to stretch and shortly thereafter the last scan was taken. The entire ordeal for me was less than 30 minutes. I did experience a few times of needing to remind myself to relax breath calm will make it go faster. For someone who endures anxiety attacks I consider this a success. If I ever have to do it again St. Lukes CDI is the place I will go.
I didnt have to wait long and even got in a little before my scheduled appointment. All of the staff was very friendly I loved listening to 80s music during my MRI and the ladies doing the procedure explained everything that was happening. Wonderful experience
The staff was freindly. The nurse that did my MRI fantatic.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
