He listens. It's obvious he cares, more than as an occupational requirement. He sees a person in front of him, and clearly uses his skills to help that patient overcome their personal medical deficiency. Other doctors are by the book, each patient another head of cattle to be processed. Dr Ulland is the first doctor that has treated me as a human being helping a fellow human being. It is a different experience.

Dr. Ulland is the best. Old school- doesn't rush you, genuine in his care. I'm thankful he's my Doctor.

Dr. Ulland will spend as much time as needed with me. When he doesn't know an answer to what's going on with me, he will refer me to a specialist. He never treats me like I'm drug-seeking and will try to help me get my pain under control by trying various medications. He answers my e-mails THAT day, and he calls to okay refills faster than any other doctor I've had. He is always willing to talk with me about anything, and if I need a note for work, he is great about getting it to me that day

Dr. Ulland is a great doctor Ive been a patient for the last 4 years. He takes his time and does not rush through appointments. He takes the time to answer your questions and is prompt on getting back to you usually within the same day. And... He is always on time. Ive never really had to wait.
