Dr. Winesett takes the time a Dr. should with a patient. She is kind, caring and listens, more importantly hears what you are saying. She is a great Dr. and all of my kids love her!

Wait times are awful. You need to take a half day off of work to be seen. She is often 30-60 minutes past your appointment time. On top of that, She’s not that great.... an average or below average doctor. We’re not into her anti-vaccination and gluten free views and feel she judges those who want to vaccinate their children and eat pizza.... or anything with gluten. It doesn’t feel good to be judged by a doctor. We’ve switched to another doctor at St. Luke’s.

Yes, wait times can get ridiculous (over 45 minutes for us once). I have never been able to get a same-day appt with her for an acute issue. But once you are in there, she is knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and values the parents' concerns and wishes. This is why we, and so many families, continue to seek out Dr. Winesett regardless of the wait times and staff who do not waste any of their energy on being friendly.

She's super good with my child, always makes time to answer any questions I have, and doesn't rush us out after so I can get my kid together after his shots. I've never waited more than 10-15 minutes to get into an exam room.

Dr Heather, as our family calls her, has been an amazing doctor for us. She respects our choices, as the parents, helps us make informed decisions, and is quite knowledgeable in non-traditional forms of medicine. My 1 1/2 yr old had a major fear of doctors after being hospitalized (while under the care of a different doctor), but Dr. Heather made him feel so comfortable, at our very first visit with her, he didn't cry once. It was wonderful! We feel very lucky to have found her!

Dr. Winesett is kind, gentle, caring and thorough. Our daughter was very concerned about getting a new pediatrician after we moved but Dr. Winesett put her at ease and made her fell very comfortable. She is very a very thoughful and caring doctor. We are glad we found her!
