This probably will not be posted or it will fall on deaf ears. I just wanted to make an appointment as a new patient. I was given the rules to make an appointment. Had to get all my medical records to him. And was told that would take 23 weeks. And then after they reviewed them they would decide if they wanted to accept me as a patient. I have good insurance and wanted a doctor that was local so I don’t have to drive 65 miles to get to. Any doctor that makes you interview to see him

Very professional, willing to listen to your concerns. I would recommend Dr. Evanson to anyone and especially my close family and friends. When I leave Dr. Evanson's office after my annual skin check up, I feel confident when he gives me a clean bill of health. He is very busy so if you want to make an appointment, don't wait, it can take months to see him.

I went to him about 5 times and tried a lot of different medications. Nothing worked and he didn't seem to have any idea why. He even took a biopsy of my face and after analyzing it said he didn't know.

Dr. Evanson is truly a gem. As a patient who has seen many doctors over the years (I have an incurable, long-standing, and frustrating disease), he stands out as being the single best. He really takes time to listen, and he truly cares. Whereas multiple doctors have refused to try innovative treatments, he is always willing to try something new. Furthermore, he is willing to look for concomitant problems, even if they are outside the field of dermatology. He is the only doctor whose treatments have ever initiated a remission in me. Because of this, I continue to see him even though I no longer live in Duluth. I highly recommend him.
