I was scolded about my precancerous condition. Gave 3 or 4 options for treatment. I chose what I thought would suit my needs. Chemo topical for face and scalp. It would be mailed to my home. There were no written instructions from the MD or pharmacy except use 5 days on face 7 days on scalp. After treatment was finished nothing except burning itching lots of pain. Eyes swollen etc. It is miserable. Spoke with the medical assistant who offered me an appt or an email that I could send a photo. Really could have dug deeper on the internet and bought the medicine with instructions and saved 290.00. I will not go back leaving the entire network at st. Lukes. Never have I ever felt like such a burden to a physician.
