The worst customer service ever the rudest receptionist I’ve ever spoken to or met in my life I wanted a refill for my migraine medicine and I called for a refill I requested to speak to dr gotlz to get a refill but she said not possible and that one of the triage nurses will do that for me and I should call back in a couple of hours to check if the refill is in the pharmacy or not and to my surprise two hours ago I found out that she didn’t do anything and I should have called dr Nelson in another clinic for a refill That irresponsible insensitive person didn’t care that I was in pain or pregnant and can’t take anything else but that medicine she was rude and insensitive and she just was lazy incompetent and didn’t do her job I am so sorry that i was in so much pain and that I didn’t get her name that horrible incompetent woman.I wish that she would be in pain and that she would be my position one day and that she meets someone like her who won’t help her or be kind to her. Horrible horrible woman

Literally worst doctor ever yet alone gyno Short n rude n generic answers. She seemed bothered by me and my concerns. Not to mention worst pap Ive ever experienced n Im 33. Also the clinic was dirty and outdated.

This woman did my csection. An unnecessary one due to her not wanting to wait for my son to come on his own or delivering him in the middle of the night. She did not respect my wishes of not wanting cervical checks nor asked for consent when she did them. she just told me she was going to do them. A complete violation of my autonomy and consent.She does not care what your wishes or preferences are. I had her making rude and unnecessary comments about my body during my surgery and laughing at the fact that I was the 6th csection that day. I specifically asked to make sure I didn’t feel pain during my surgery. She started cutting me before I was numb even after telling them I could feel them prepping me After when I developed severe pain at my surgical site pulling out stitches 6 months later which she told me I was lying about she tried pushing me off onto another doctor stating my pain wasn’t from my csection. It was.

I’ve seen Dr. VanStraaten a few times. This was for abnormal pap results. I recently had the LEEP procedure done. Nurse Reigh R. And Dr. VanStraaten were absolutely amazing. I barely felt anything and they were so kind and answered all my questions. I’m 39 years old with PTSD from a sexual assault. I have NEVER felt so comfortable than I did during my appointment. Thank you for keeping me comfortable and for your warm hearts during such a triggering experience. It’s obvious you care about your patients. Stay safe and thanks again

Rude. Dismissive of any problems after childbirth. Long wait time. Rushed, short appointments.

If there was a negative star, I'd click on that. This person is very rude. Find someone else. My neighbor said the same after I had already gone here.

Dr. Goltz, Before saying that you are an extraordinary doctor, I want to tell you that you are an extraordinary human being. Your expertise, your professionalism, your warmth and your passion for what you do is so evident. Just want to thank you again for the amazing care you took of me and Milan during my pregnancy, my labor and afterwards. You went beyond the call of duty for me and I will forever be grateful for everything you did for us. You are an incredible doctor and person.
