Dr Kelly has performed not one, but 2 ACL procedure’s on one of my knees. I am a lifelong endurance athlete - marathon running, long distance road and mountain biking, alpine and cross-country skiing. I put that knee to the test in so many ways. I had exceptional outcomes. He listens, he cares, and he really knows his area of expertise. I refer family and friends. Thank you Dr. Kelly !

I have been a RN for 25 years and have been around a hundred better doctors than Dr. Kelly. As someone seeking a caring and knowledgeable physician I was terribly disappointed. I would absolutely NOT recommend Dr. Kelly. In my opinion, he is an arrogant doctor who made a lot of assumptions and personal judgements. He had a TERRIBLE bedside manner. His knowledge of rarer conditions seems to be quite limited. I quite honestly have never had a worse experience with a doctor than I had with Dr. Kelly.

Dr. Kelly was very rushed. I asked some questions and as he was talking, he literally got up and walked out of the room and turned the corner as he was still talking to me. Very rude and abrupt end to the appt. I had to google for answers to my questions after I got home. TCO has provided very good experiences to my family until this appt with Dr. Kelly.

Very impressed with all the time spent listening to all my concerns and explaining all of the options available to me for my upcoming 2nd rotator cuff surgery.

Dr. Kelly was very professional and did a great job informing me of all my options for care. I proceeded with surgery that involved installation of a plate to support the healing of my badly broken clavicle. The surgery was scheduled promptly and was a huge success. He also has a great staff. I don't remember his Physician's Assistant name but she did an awesome job during pre-surgery prep, post operative care and follow-up appointments.
