Dr. Donovan always explains my options in clear, easy to understand terms. I've always felt that my problem 'mattered' to him and that my care/outcome was important to him. He treats his patients like 'people' rather than 'numbers'.

Dr. Donovan’s humor, kindness and gentle manner put me at ease immediately. He gave me options and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He, also, told me what he would do if in my situation. Nice. So many doctors don’t anymore. He had a great team working with him!

I went in on a Saturday through their urgent care and they were very quick and friendly. I was set up with the doctor the next Wednesday and he recommended hand surgery to correct a tendon problem. I had that on the next Tuesday. Everything went as planned and the staff is very friendly and professional. Everything runs on time and the surgeon was actually running ahead of schedule. So far I give them the highest rating.

This Dr. moonlights as a IME for Work Comp Insurance. He is paid to make sure your injury was not a work related incident, and to deny you and your family benefits while you recover. I'd be careful, doesn't seem to care much about the patients, just the $ he receives from outside sources

His partner repaired my sons open forearm fracture and we followed up with dr Donovan. One of the bones was crooked, but he said it might straighten and to give it time. Son started to have trouble strainghtening elbow and couldn’t turn his hand to face down. Went back—he talked about straighting the bone when he was older. Turns out the bone was out of joint at the elbow and grew funny because of that. Two surgeries later and he still can’t bend the elbow all the way or rotate his wrist fully.

I have had a few hand surgeries by Dr. Donovan. After surgery the outcome is great with my fingers. There is no more pain.my grandkids can hold my hand without experiencing pain I had for so many years. He always listened to me and I felt listened to as well. As a patient I felt he was caring and compassionate.
