Best place in the U.S. to get an MRI Just had my millionth MRI today but for the first time it wasnt miserable. From Reception to Imaging they treat you so well. The lady at Reception her name is Love was so friendly kind quick and helpful. She made me go into my MRI already feeling positive about the facility.Now for Dan the gentleman who did the MRI. I truly hope that CDI knows what a gem they have on their staff. As someone who gets routine MRIs I can tell you they arent fun joyus nor comfortable but Dan made it as close to that as possible. I sincerely felt that his top priority was my comfort. The last time I had my entire back scanned in an MRI it took 3 hours. Today my MRI took less than 1 12 hours He updated me after every single pic to let me know where we were at and how many more to go in that set. It was comforting and made the time fly. In the future when I need Imaging I will only request CDI EaganLove and Dan. me a lifetime customer Its also a gorgeous new facility.

Had 7 MRIS by far the best one from the ladies up front to the team I had DanLaura and the bigger tubes🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

I made a mistake and went there without calling around and they are double the price of other businesses that do MRIs. They said nothing they can do post billing. I assumed they would be in the ballpark of other providers as the technologies all relative and I went here due to scheduling. For another service they were also $35 more.

By far the best imaging experience I have ever had. Im a vet when it comes to MRIs but I dont like them very much...I was promptly greeted by Love at the front desk who was ever so kind and helpful. I was a bit nervous and she was very reassuring that the technologists would do the best they can to keep me comfortable during the exam.Love was right Laura and Angie were fantastic as they helped me through my for me very difficult exam.The MRI machine they have there is beautiful as its a newer machine and wider than most. The opening is actually oval shaped bringing the sides further away.To the other guy who commented on the higher price of service. From my experience this is definitely a field where you get what you pay for. Sure competitors can offer cheaper imaging but at the cost of no inhouse Radiologist and less detailed reports.I am a huge fan of Eagan CDI.

I have an extreme case of claustrophobia and after an unsuccessful attempt at the opensided MRI at their facility in Lakeville where they were extremely understanding and patient they recommended that I try the Eagan location at the Vikings training facility. I went in with fear and trepidation but with extraordinary encouragement and patience from Daniel I was able to complete the MRI and get the testing that needed to done. I cant recommend them and their staff enough for how they interact with patients who come in that are terrified of enclosed spaces and how they will wait as long as needed until you are ready explaining every detail so that you know what is going to happen. Very very highly recommended
