List of The Urgency Room's Reviews
I did not know that you needed an appointment to be seen here but because of the nature of my daughters sickness, they saw her anyways and were caring and gave her the medicine she desperately needed!
I went into the Urgency Room a little after noon on a Saturday. I was on antibiotics for a UTI but late Saturday morning I took a turn for the worse and my fever started to climb. I got there and the front desk seemed surprised I didn’t have an appointment. She said their policy had changed a few months ago. I could barely stand and she wanted me to scan a QR code and make an appointment. I sat down to do it but the website wouldn’t open. What on earth is an urgent care if you need an appointment. I suggest they either change their name so it doesn’t say urgent care or lift the appointment requirement. So frustrating.
Loved the online visit option versus sitting in a waiting room when you're not feeling well. Great information shared by the providers. Staff was very friendly and quick when arriving for a scheduled test. Really appreciated the text with results of the test. Quick and easy process.
I had a great experience at The Urgency Room. I used the online scheduling process to make an appointment. I was able to get an appointment time within an hour and a half of the time I was making the request. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen after arriving at the clinic. I was treated with great care. The entire staff was professional, competent, friendly, thorough and efficient.
What is the point of urgent care if you can't even get seen that same day? They now require appointments, which you might as well make an appointment with any primary care doctor. They always say the ER is for emergencys only and now I could not get seen for not being able to breathe. I was told I could come in at 8am the next day...
Another visit, great experience. I was in and out rather quickly, I checked in before I got there. Also the doctor really listened and tired to help. Even referred me to a ENT specialist. I've been having issues for awhile and feel like he wanted to help. Got some meds. My nurse who is an EMT was great as well.
Everyone was exceptionally friendly, efficient and good at their jobs. Very professional. A wonderful experience.
Great staff, was seen very quickly after checking in online the night before. Effective and Efficient . Will be going back the Urgency Room for future urgent care.
I had a facial wound that had bled through the dressing. It was taken care of Saturday (2-11) and was told to come back Sunday if it bled through again. Also treated for infection. I show up Sunday (2-12) being it bled through again for a 10:20 AM appointment. I was informed by a guy that they could not help me because they don’t supply band-aides and to do it myself. Went MedExpress and they provide excellent service. I know if I ever need help with my family where to go in the future.
I always receive exceptional care at the Urgency Room in Eagan. From the front desk staff to the providers to the imaging techs, I feel heard and respected. Highly recommend!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
