Dr. Heffley is the worst PCP I’ve ever had. I called to get a refill on my prescription...she never would call me back. The receptionist kept saying the nurses were trying to get her to look at it and she wouldn’t respond. I called 3 times and told them I had no medication left and if I needed to come in then I would, but I needed at least a 5 day supply until I could get in. Dr. Heffley would never respond. I believe this is unacceptable and would NEVER recommend her. She put me in a dangerous position with going off my medication.

Would not recommend. Very late (~45-50 minutes) to appointment, first time visit (my long time PCP retired), not personable nor made any attempt to establish a doctor/client relationship. Why would anyone want this person as their PCP?

Very disappointed. Won’t be going back to her care. She just suddenly left the room and didn’t come back, I said to the nurse I wanted to show some moles to her and the nurse replied that she’s with another patient already and running late, that I have to book a new appointment. I said wow, she didn’t even say anything, just left the room. This was the first appointment with her as my PCP and very poor first impression. She was not very caring as a person.

She is the best Doctor I had in 65 years. It will be hard to find someone as good as she is. She is a friend . You can't find one any better.

I had an idiopathic high fever that my other care providers could not Diagnose. Within two visits Dr Heffley determined what was causing my problems. She quickly gained my trust because of her eagerness to listen to my complaints and help me find a solution. Dr Heffley is always very friendly and attentive to my needs as a patient. Appointment scheduling is very easy. Office visits are timely and effective. If you need a new PCP call today to schedule an appointment.
