I visited this clinic on a Saturday morning, I was feeling very ill. They checked me in within 3 mins of me walking in. The expected wait time for me to be taken back was 45 mins but I was called back in about 10 mins. The nurse worked me up and put me back in the waiting room and then a doctor called back shortly after. I was discharged about 30 mins after that. It was a really short wait time and they got their job done very quickly. They showed me a lot of care. I would definitely go to this clinic again!

This is a very caring and professional place. The staff from the front, to the nurses to the X-ray tech; to the lab techs. Blood work without pain is my place. A very excellent place to go. When sick again I would definitely go there.

Over the years, I have used this clinic three times, most recently last night. On each visit, I got excellent care, from the receptionist to the nurse to the PA who was young, yes, but who knew what he was doing.

There are some kind staff members here but I had a bad experience with someone who I assume is a nurse practitioner. I needed a piece of jewelry cut out of my nose as it was causing pain and irritation, and she barely even looked at it before dismissing me. She claimed she couldn't see the jewelry after looking for approximately 10 seconds, then told me an ENT doctor would be required for the removal. After I left without any solutions I went to the M Health Fairview emergency room about 5 minutes away and they took care of the jewelry with ease using a wire cutter. I just find this degree of incompetence disappointing, especially when a simple tool was all that was needed. Waste of time and money.

Really good care. Sometimes super busy but they work hard to make that as convenient as possible and keep you informed. Sometimes pretty quick but its impossible to predict. Definitely always more thorough than a minute clinic.
