Dr. Chermak is a great listener and communicator. She thoroughly explains all issues, in detail and what is needed by the patient. She is gentle yet very thorough regarding procedures done and the staff is terrific at assisting so things move smoothly. I have been very pleased with Dr. Chermak and this clinic.

I was asked if I wished to have a gown while waiting for the doctor. The gown never arrived and I waited 40 minutes in my underwear. Also I received no explanation or apology for the lateness.
