The staff were nice and good at their jobs. It was my first time there and my first official dermatologist visit ever. I waited in the exam room for about 30 minutes and felt like things were pretty rushed through the process when the doc did arrive to see me. I would have liked a chance to ask more questions about other things to do to help my skin. I could tell they were busy! I’m looking forward to seeing results with the products suggested for me. I will go back and hope staffing and scheduling irons out a bit.

Dr. Chermak is a great listener and communicator. She thoroughly explains all issues, in detail and what is needed by the patient. She is gentle yet very thorough regarding procedures done and the staff is terrific at assisting so things move smoothly. I have been very pleased with Dr. Chermak and this clinic.

In addition to burning off a few spots, she identified a suspicious spot on my hand where she took a biopsy. I hope it’s negative, but I’m glad she is thorough.

1st class Dr. and staff. The receptionist was very professional and very nice. Greeted me as soon as I walked in the room and made sure I was comfortable. I’ve been seeing Dr Chermak for several years and she is so nice and does not mess around. Very nice and knows her business. Save the best for last is the procedure nurse. She been there for years and was so respectful and caring. 5 Stars here. No doubt
