I thoroughly enjoyed the new store and design. However, my enjoyment was quickly cut off When I enter the store. The lady who greeted me was clearly bothered that I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. Was unaware that being 10 minutes early for appointment could interrupt an operation. However, during the process of choosing my frames, I was helped by a young individual by the name of Cody? (Or Codell According to my receipt). This individual is incredibly kind and caring. They listen to every one of my thoughts and concerns and guided me in the right direction. Only reason this review was not a one or two star. I hope I get to work with them next year.

Highly recommend Dr Timothy Yang. Very knowledgeable very caring great personality . Listens and answers all your questions. LensCrafters Anna very hopeful trying to get you a pair of glasses what you need very knowledgeable very friendly. Receptionist was exceptional she was actually a tech helped with the eye exam very nice again very knowledgeable and listened and cared they have such great equipment here to check your eyes.

First of all, I was able to get in on the same day, which I absolutely did not expect. The person who scheduled my appointment was amazing. The technician who checked me in and started the process was amazing. The doctor and exam were amazing. To be honest, LensCrafters was not my first choice when I started this process this morning, but the service and professionalism of everybody makes me now wonder why they were not my first choice. Highly recommend.
