I accompanied my elderly father to a MOHS appointment that Dr Ebertz had hectored him into making. While the nursing and office staff was invariably polite and thoughtful, Dr Ebertz was dismissive and rather rude to my father and to me. He would not listen to or consider what we were saying; he ignored our requests and did only what he had wanted to do. It was a traumatizing experience for my father and I could not, in good conscience, recommend this provider to anyone.

All of my visits with Dr. Ebertz have been wonderful. He is very efficient and has a genuine desire to know you on a personal basis. I highly recommend Dr. Ebertz to be your care partner. His support staff is spot on too.... very friendly, and professional.

Dr. Ebertz saw me for my skin problem(weird itchy rash misdiagnosed by 2 other dermatologists). Right away figured out I had Dermatitis Herpetiformis . I have my skin back now with the right treatment thanks to Dr. Ebertz. He also sent a letter of sympathy to me when my husband died. I was so touched. Caring person and great doctor.

Wonderful experience with this practice and this dermatologist. He spent a lot of time on a difficult skin diagnosis and I noticed rapid improvement, thanks to his insight and care. Highly recommend!!!!

I have visited the Burnsville clinic. Apparently Skin Care Doctors and its CEO, Michael Ebertz were the subject of a whistleblower investigation. The press release from the Department of Justice says that Ebertz agreed to pay $850,000 to the United States to resolve allegations of false claims submitted for certain dermatology procedures. This should be a lesson to all healthcare consumers that you really have to research your doctors.
