My BBL facial went great Tori was very thorough and did an excellent job

Scheduling initially was a nightmare.Once I got in Taylor did my cool sculpting. OMG this nurse is amazing. She was more than willing answer my questions explained what she was doing and made the whole cool sculpting experience great.

Fourth session of the hair removal journey and not only are the results exciting but all the staff have been awesome great at explaining and going at a pace right for my individual needs. I do love my derm MD for any skin issue but with her LHR costs being basically equivalent Im glad I went with Ideal their constant diverse experience has a convenient and accommodating system down to a science.

Amazing experience I had my first BBL treatment with Tori. I waited a few days before writing a review because I wanted to see results from my procedure and Im very pleased with what Im seeing. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist was very friendly and my appointment was on time. Tori made sure I was comfortable during the treatment was very professional and friendly. My overall experience with Tori was great

I URGE you to read their reviews on BBB. In business for 20 years and STILL NOT an accredited business. They rush your through consultations do not give you the full information upfront and absolutely DO NOT tell you that services whether rendered or not are nonrefundable. People on ideals side have been nothing but rude while I’ve been disputing through Ally. Ally made their dispute claim after I called them to cancel the very next day after being approved with Ally. Ideal didn’t call me until weeks later only to tell me “sorry they aren’t refundable” … I haven’t even been in for a consult. The woman I spoke with was dismissive and rude and after I pointed out a line in the contract that stated refundable 100$ if no services were rendered she hung up on me. I’ve followed up with Ally numerous times and they’ve stated they are working on the claim and should have a resolution by Nov 2nd. Someone called me from Ideal today and said “If you agree to drop the dispute with Ally we can give you a 200$ discount on the services” I declined and he then stated that Ally would be refunded their money and I would then be responsible for the full loan amount over 2000 immediately and if I didn’t pay it would go to collections and impact my credit. Threat much? Then proceeded to tell me I needed a detail note from my doctor to have a chance at a refund and even then their medical review team needed to approve it. When I said in regard to pregnancy he then stated they don’t refund for that they postpone treatments which with a pregnancy and breastfeeding would be almost 3 years out and during that whole period of no services rendered I would still be responsible for paying off the loan. EXCUSE ME WHAT? The worst business I’ve ever worked with in my life. I have already proceeded with the BBB.
