Literally the best, most professional, kind staff in the area

Dr Luong is experienced in what she does, and you can tell. I went with her after multiple recommendations from several people. I had double-incision with free nipple grafting. Every appointment was efficient, welcoming, and affirming. As mentioned in another review, sometimes she would be a bit behind. But as a talker that has accidentally gone over my time limits, I know that a lot of that also depends on the patient. She immediately understood what I was asking for, how I wanted to look, and explained risks very well. Unlike some surgeons, she was secure enough in her abilities that I wasn't turned away due to my weight. I have had little to no pain management, as it wasn't needed. I had issues with fluid build up, and Dr Luong and her staff got me in very quickly to take care of it. For the first time in almost 20 years, I am not miserable when looking in the mirror and I'm able to go out in public without feeling humiliated. Dr Luong and her staff changed my life.

I went in for a consultation and from the minute I walked in the door I felt comfortable. Dr.loung and her staff are great and you can tell they care about there patients. The Nurse I had was wonderful as well . She made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had.

I had an appointment with Dr.Luong yesterday 09/19/2022 at 4:15pm. First they were 15-30 minutes behind, which I found to be unprofessional because had I been 15-30 minutes late she would have made me reschedule. Second the person checking me in for my FaceTime consult was not very welcoming. 3rd. The most important factor was that the doctor seemed to think that I wanted peri top surgery. When I was actually inquiring about buttonhole, which is like DI, but instead of nipple grafts they create a pedicle, and push the nipple out in another hole like a button, but you still have the DI incisions. . The procedure is for people that have a medium to bigger chest, and may or may not necessarily have the best elasticity at least that’s what all the information I’ve read about buttonhole top surgery states. Also, the appointment felt extremely rushed, I’ve had a lot of doctors appointments in my short life, and I would have to say the doctors visit with Dr. Luong was the most rushed doctor’s visit I have ever had. Always get a second or third opinion, if a doctor is quick to tell you you don’t meet the criteria for a certain procedure when you actually possibly do meet the criteria.

Dr. Luong has always been my surgeon. I find her to be kind understanding and an excellent surgeon.

She is so nice, patient and kind. She listens to you and she wants to know what you would like done and then she would say let me tell you what we can do and she will politely explain everything to you she is the bomb!!!!

My first visit to Dr. Luong’s office was an overall great experience. It was easy to park and find, all the staff was very friendly and professional and Dr. Luong was the best! I’ll go back for sure!
