I had an IPL treatment. Jen explained everything she was going to do, and told me what to expect during treatment and after care. I can call her or email with any questions. Very nice staff!

They are very nice and patient .Jennifer is amazing with my facials I've seen her for years and Jill front desk treats you like we known each other forever..Very Happy customer here.

I really like Kari Hegg, my provider but I have left a message on nurses line last week and just talked to Dupixent to see status of my prior authorization and they said they have faxed twice for clarification for the prescription and not received a response. I am frustrated with patient portal - I literally NEVER get a response by email from anybody and don’t even know where email goes to and don’t like that I don’t know if Im actually talking to someone in Edina when I call. Im calling tomorrow but if I don’t feel like I have much success or response I am probably going to go elsewhere because I feel like their overall company flow and accessibility needs vast improvement. I am rarely the “I’d like to speak to a manager” type but they have been a rather difficult company to navigate

Always the best. I had clustres of spider veins on my face and years ago they got rid of all of them in 3 laser treatments. Now I go back every few years for minor touch ups and the total costs then and now are quite reasonable.The staff is very polite and knowledgeable and they will value you as a client.

I've been going to Dr. Carney for over 20 years and he's amazing! I wouldn't go to any other dermatologist. He's so nice and caring and recently went above and beyond for me when I needed a prescription on a Saturday! He really takes his time with his patients and genuinely cares about them. I'm so grateful I found him!

I had laser hair treatment with Jill at the Spa. There was a small scheduling hiccup which they all handled wonderfully and with class. The treatment with Jill is always pleasant - she is a fun conversationalist and is very knowledgeable. Highly reccommend!

I have been going to Pinnacle Dermatology (formerly Skin Speaks) for almost 15 years. Every aesthetician I've worked with over the years has been amazing. They are very proficient, knowledgeable, professional and informative. I always feel as though I am their favorite client and have their undivided attention every time I'm there.I have never been disappointed by a service (I've had a lot!), and I love their skin care products. It is so helpful to have someone that knows my skin help me with my daily skin care regime. I love the annual "Skin Bash" event and I buy all my big treatments at that time since they are discounted.Over the years I have referred many of my friends and family to Pinnacle Dermatology, specifically the spa at the Edina location. I currently work with Jennifer and she is amazing. I recently took my husband in to see her for a sunspot treatment and he was blown away by what he learned and the service he received.I also see Angie (the PA) at the Dermatology clinic in Burnsville for my annual skin check. She is thorough, attentive and always has great suggestions for me.I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology!
