Had pleasant experience with Dr. Ugarte. This was my first time seeing an Urologist so I had lots of questions. Dr. Ugarte took his time to answer my questions and to explain things to me. I would highly recommend him.

Had a kidney stone blasted by Dr Ugarte. Procedure was perfect. Dr Ugarte explained everything to me and also discussed with my husband. All questions were answered and he took time to discuss things thoroughly. He is a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend him.

I had a kidney stone which landed me in urgent care twice during late April/May. Took a month to get into see Dr. Ugarte, he spent maybe 10 minutes with me and told me I probably passed it and sent me on my way. No xray, no exam, nothing, and probably charged me 400.00 for the office visit. Just disappointed.

My first appointment with Dr. Ugarte was very good. He was very professional and caring. When I went to Northfield Hospital to get the MRI that was order by Dr. Ugarte they had a order for a alta sound. I don't know who's mistake it was . All I know is that it cost me a extra trip to Northfield. Sorry I can't give thee experience a fire Star.

Dr. Ugarte and the staff at Minnesota Urology are professional and empathetic. I had an appointment to have a catheter removed following a kidney and bladder infection treatment at an emergency room. Dr. Ugarte went well beyond the nominal reason for the appointment resulting , to my relief, in a plan to treat the underlying cause of the infection. I am now looking forward to scheduled laser surgery to remedy a long persistent difficult condition of BPH.

Procedure was prompt and professional. Like most men having a vasectomy, my anxiety was on stun going into the office, but the doctor and assistant were great and kept conversation rolling the entire time. This really helped distract from what was happening. Dr. Ugarte is a expert in this procedure, and it shows.
