I've been coming here for several years, and I've yet to have the doctors introduce themselves when they invite me in for my appointment. Every other appointment I go to, the first thing the person I am seeing does is introduce themself. Your doctors need to start doing this.

The doctor was kind, courteous, and efficient. I do not like medical exams of any kind and she made my session easy. The sales lady was very helpful in helping me find a pair of frames that fit my face.
