Dr.Eggers is the best, takes time to talk and explain what is going on. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Second time I came here for glasses. While the person who helped me wasn't overly friendly like the last time, she was very helpful in helping me pick out new frames and tried to get me the best deal without being pushy.

I tried to give this place a chance but it just went from bad to worse. I was there for a routine eye exam - I need new contacts and can't get them without an update on my prescription. Every eye appointment I've ever been to has been simple - check in, do a couple tests, meet with the doc, pay and leave. I checked in and then was never talked to again. I waited over an HOUR without a single update on where they were at in the schedule. And telehealth? For an EYE APPOINTMENT? Nope. Just bad. I will not be back. I was told this was my new insurance's "preferred" provider; I'll pay out of pocket if need be to avoid coming back here again.

Horrible service. Roads were bad , called ahead to tell them I would be late and was told there was a 10 minute grace period. I get there before the 10 minutes but am told that I have to reschedule because the doctor needed to go somewhere after work.

This was my first eye exam in like three years. The last time was in Danvers, MA. A lot has changed since then. But my experience was great. Staff was friendly and nice and let me know what was next every step of the way. The technician and doctor definitely helped me with upgrading my prescription. I look forward to going back for my eye care needs.

Thursday Jan. 8th 2026 it’s only one person in here in a couple of waiting! One person I mean as in one worker. They need to take appointments so people won’t just be waiting in at least have another worker just in case they get busy like now . When we walked in he looked up at us but did not greet us in still have not said I will be right with you guys as soon as possible! It’s another lady in here as well in had to ask is there someone else working. Then he stated it’s just me, if you would of greet people when they come in and let them know guest would not be wondering Bad customer service in the wait in long in horrible!

This location in Edina had a good selection Tobie was amazing smart helpful good conversation The store just needed a few more people to help especially for end of year customers

What a disappointing experience. I went to the store and waited while my husband had his eye exam (I was supposed to have an exam as well but it got cancelled last minute….). While I waited, I was looking at frames, trying things on—for an hour. I also sat and waited at one of the table. Not a single person checked in on me to see how I was doing, if I had any questions…. Etc. mind you, there were three employees working, and for the first thirty minutes no other customers. As a potential customer, it would have been to their benefit to engage with me, but they didn’t, and they lost both myself and my husband as future customers.

Was told it was a Telehealth visit when it was in store. No communication

I had my annual appointment with Dr. Eggers and he issued contact lenses prescriptions for daily wear and provided trial lenses. After doing some research, I see that they carry a lense that is more comparable to the Optix Air lenses I have worn for years so called too get a prescription and trial for the Cooper Vision Ethos (same as Biofinity). I have called at least 5 times and stopped by the store twice and still haven’t been able to get any help. They continue to tell me Dr. Eggers has the request but busy. It has been almost 2 weeks and since he has my information and did the exam, this should not be difficult. I cannot go somewhere else for another exam or start over. I have contacted other places but they need the written prescription from Dr. Eggers.
