No one has a clue how to insert an IV! After trying 3 times, I said enough! They were upset with me!! They blaimed me! I told them I was done and going home! They wouldn't take no for an answer. I was told I would be reported to the doctor for refusing care! Looking for another Hospital!

I had a great experience with Chad Helmstetter PA (orthopedics). Pain in my shoulder for quite some time. Not only did I have a thorough exam from Chad, by also x-rays and a cortisone injection same day right there in the clinic! They far surpassed my expectations and saved me loads of time! The shoulder pain that I’ve had for years is nearly gone. The nurse, radiology tech, and secretary were also very friendly.

Well apparently one should always call and confirm their appointment the day ahead because today I drove 40 miles for an appointment that I made over 3 weeks ago at this clinic and they had no record of this appointment and were completely booked up. The lady Julie, behind the desk was quite "touchy " to say the least because I raised my voice a bit out of irritation and was told not to get mad at her. I love the way they look at you like you're making this up. I have a date, appt. time, phone #, and address of the clinic in my date book for the hell of it. It's not like I just moved from another state and asked to transfer the appointment to this clinic. Oh well I will go back to OFC in Mankato. I just thought I could get in to see this doctor on my day off. Next time I will write down the date I set up the appointment and the person I spoke to.

Horrible. And when I complained, even more horrible. I made complaints to the State. I would never go back there. Medical needs to learn that just like any other business, they need to please their customers. I do not recommend them. Thankfully I live someplace else now.
