Very quick from getting signed in, to taken back to a room and the Dr coming.
Dr & nurses very friendly & knowledgeable. Dr explained everything to me in language that I could understand.
Allina Faribault clinic is one of the best clinics to go to. They are friendly and professional. Starting with the receptionist they walk you through your visit. They make things so easy. The dr and nurses always listen to you. I like that the dr gives you choices as o what he suggests will work best for you. Always friendly and always smiles. It's like one big happy family and that is priceless especially when you don't feel good. Ty Allina for being so wonderfully staffed with the best crew ever.
Easy to book, great communication, super thorough visit, and they even called next day to check on my daughter and answer any questions if I had any. For me it’s an extra 20 minute drive, I will be back!
Wendy Backer and Dr. Coatney were outstanding!! Top notch service! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
I have used this urgent care a few times and always had a good experience. We are always checked in quickly and have never had to wait that long to see a provider. Everyone is always caring and helpful. It’s my first option when we need to be seen quickly.
De Lopez amazing hands down best service for walk in care I have had at this location
Went in for a very serious embarrassing health issue with no insurance and they helped me so much thank u.
On 01/12/2022 around 6pm I brought my daughter in to this place to get checked for a rush she has and the minutes I walked in I was treat bad by the lady in the front desk , I said hi when I walked in and she totally ignored me and went straight to ask me why I was there and she was rude to me and my wife the whole time ..they don't care about people , all they care about is if you got insurance and making you sign bunch of forms so they can collect money.
On Jan 2nd about 9:40am I went to your Urgent Care. I was deeply disappointed in the lack of help and no service I received. I'm a veteran who had a medical situation with my feet. The young lady at the front desk asked me for my information which I provided. Then things took a turn for the worse. I explained to her that I fall under the "Missions Act" and she could get the rest of the information she needed from a person on the phone. She proceeded in telling me she could take the info from me, but it has to go up to the cities to be processed. So I called the phone number to verify I could be seen in your Urgent Care. As the young lady on the phone informed her I could be seen the young woman at the desk insisted that this would have to go through the cities. Then she asked what was the "Missions Act "? The young lady on the phone tried to explain it to her. She seemed even more confused. The young woman at the desk reiterate more sternly that someone in the cities would have to authorize me. I and the woman on the phone said thank you and I walked away. I wonder what would happened if I would have been possibly been seen. Would I been just left to sit? Or would I have been asked to just go home? I don't know if everyone who comes to your Urgent Care gets treated the way I was. Or you just don't like treating veterans or military personnel. If this is true could you please put a sign up so veterans know they are not welcomed at your facility. Henry B

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
