I had cataract surgery 1 year ago. My results were fabulous. It was life changing with the Toric lens implants. Not only was my results excellent, the process and attention Dr Gess provided as well as his recommendation and why were huge in my comfort with the process and he as surgeon. Highly recommend Dr Gess and the full team at West Metro

Dr. Adam Gess is in my opinion “A Miracle Worker” I have had many Vision difficulties since I was a Child. I will not get into my Eye Conditions, therefore I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to Dr. Gess and his entire Staff. I had Cataract Surgeries on both Right & Left Eyes along with Toric Lens Implants. Everything went awesome for both separate Surgeries! The first time for Surgery I could actually see so well! I felt like I was given a new Set of Eyes & that was only the Left Eye! The staff said just wait until you get the Right Eye done and you will see even better! Just saying ,if you are looking for advise on any Eye Concerns I definitely recommend Dr. Adam Gess and the entire Medical Staff at West Metro Ophthalmology. Part of the PHILLIPS EYE CLINIC. Excellent!

Dr. Gess was very thorough in explaining the differences in the cataract surgeries and types of lenses. I had success with both laser surgeries, one with the toric lens and one with the multifocal lens. I would highly recommend Dr. Gess for cataract surgery.

I recently had cataract surgery and can say that Dr. Gess and staff were marvelous. Not only did my vision improve to 20-20 but the whole experience was beyond my expectations. Dr. Gess is absolutely the best. He answered every question I had, reassured me throughout the process, and has great bedside manner. He was empathetic to my situation and he gave me something I've never had in my life--the ability to open my eyes and see! Since my first visit to my last, he was honest and open. We knew going into the surgeries that my vision wouldn't be perfect but it is now correctable and it brought me to tears when I opened my eyes and could see without coke bottle lenses. Thank you Adam for your surgical skills and compassion. The staff at West Metro Ophthalmology also deserve recognition. They were patient with all my questions, scheduled my appointments to meet my availability, and were reassuring to my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Gess and his team.

I have been with Dr Gess and staff for almost 2 years. The entire experience has been top notch with the entire staff starting with checking in . I have had 2 serious eye operational and very very happy and lucky to have great eyesight again. Would highly recommend them

Dr Gess and his entire staff was amazing! Very impressed with his professionalism, detail and work. Would highly recommend him for any needed Ophthalmology work. I had both eyes fixed for cataracts surgery and things went extremely well. The Philips Eye Institute was an amazing place to have this done with Dr. Gess!
