Angela Oster's Online Review Report Card

In my final final cataract post-op, Dr Oster’s assistants did an eye exam for glasses, although I’d told them that I’d made an appointment with my optometrist. Dr Oster said that I did not need a prism and that my previous prescription did not include one. I went to an optometrist, who re-examined me and looked at my previous glasses and prescriptions and found that I needed a vertical prism and had prisms in my past prescriptions. My trust was shaken, and I got a new, revised prescription elsewhere.

I had both my cataracts removed by Dr. Oster & have recommended her to my 2 sisters, who had theirs done by her. She’s amazing & she drove all the way back to Buffalo from Mpls the night of my surgery, to help relieve the fluid buildup in my eye. I can’t imagine giving Dr. Oster any review less than a 10!!

It was great working with Dr. Oster! She removed cataracts and implanted multifocal lenses. I've worn glass since I was ten. I NO LONGER NEED GLASSES!!! Dr. Oster was so good at explaining everything to me! I may need cheaters once and a while if I'm reading in dim light! Driving at night is good! I'm so happy with my results! THANK YOU Dr. Oster!

I wore contacts most of my life. had cataract surgery done by Dr Oster one year ago and paid $6000.00 for the supposedly the best implants and expected to see 20/20 or close to it. This isn't the case. I now have to wear regular glasses with bi-focals to see things clear and sharp! what a waste of $6000.00

Absolutely excellent! Very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely approachable. Diagnosed a problem that I had been experiencing for over 3 years. Performed laser cataract surgery and I am now seeing better than I have for over 15 years. Explained the situation, gave me options (including doing nothing, which was valid). Very easy to understand, just a great person. If only more doctors would be like this.

Dr Oster performed cataract surgery on my eyes. She is phenomenal!! She explained exactly what to expect; how to choose the right interocular lens for my eyes and lifestyle. During the comfortable, painless procedure, Dr Oster described exactly what she was doing each step of the way. Her warmth, passion for her work, and technique excellence make her the ophthalmologist everyone should choose. I wish she could be my doctor for everything.

My mom had an appointment there and my sister-in-law haso calied many times to find out results. Now she called again today after a month and the nurse said she would have Dr call back and marked it as urgent.

She removed cataracts from my eyes and implanted multifocal lenses that allow me to see at all distances. She never rushed me. She gave me all the information I needed. And I was very comfortable in a surgery setting that could have been scary. I am already recommending her and the procedure to family and friends. I used the WestHealth office in Plymouth.
