She was very infornative. I usually see another doctor at the clinic, and now I have 2 that I can see from now on. I rate her a 5 star.

A very concerned doctor. Very thorough in looking into my issue. Not often something you find in doctors these days.

Terrible experience! Was told this would be a one & done appointment but Nope. I offered records from a previous doctor but they didn't want that. Surprise! Dr. said she doesn't do this thing. Wasn't told about a prescription until discussing a complaint. Hmm... interesting, right? Very irritated that this will cost extra time off work & more $$$.

Dr. Heersink was very personable and through. She explained her concerns and recommendations in terms I could understand. I selected her based on her bio and was not disappointed.

Dr. Heersink was friendly, professional and vey helpful. I had a somewhat rare condition and she was SO helpful. I would definitely recommend her.

I felt this provider was jumping to conclusions, not thorough; contradicted my prior assessment, from a very seasoned and very well respected and known for his expertise in the field. She made me feel as if she was incompetent and not very knowledgeable. I was uncomfortable being there, and I really felt as if it was better for me to leave the chair And I also felt as if it was unfair to bill my insurance for the visit. It seemed everything she said contradicted everything my prior experienced doctor had recommended and advised me. I also felt she was documenting things in my medical record that were in accurate and inappropriate that will just confuse and mislead other professionals, if they see these records in the future. I would not recommend others to go see this provider I would recommend them to do the research and find other providers who have much more experience. She also had a communication style that was less than professional that was almost as if she was asking me for advice rather than giving me advice. My eyes are severely damaged from prior Lasik surgery. I think this provider would be good with very simple eye procedures, not with complicated complex issues. When asked to get a copy of my records, she stated she would however, at the end of the visit she sent me to the front desk in the front desk clerk was not comfortable printing nervous she aware of how to even do it, so it’s not a common practice for the front desk clerk to print that report. When asked for a copy of my prescription for my vision exam I was also advised to not get a prescription for glasses which I’ve needed for years and my annual benefit for glasses expires in three weeks. In addition, I thought she was very short with her lab tech who is so incredibly kind to me, who prepared me prior to seeing the doctor. It would be really nice to see an office, where they treat each other kindly and show each other validation and respect, as well as humanity. I truly hope the person who first did all my lives has a beautiful weekend and understands she is worthy. She is valued and she is appreciated because I don’t know that she does feel bad at work every day the way that she was treated by her coworkers in front of me .

I highly recommend Dr. Heersink. She has excellent people skills and professional competency. She explained very complex issues in easily understandable language.

Doctor was very thorough, friendly and was a good listener.

Very professional and detail oriented. The office staff were efficient and courteous. This practice has gained a new and enthusiastic patient.
