I called today to schemed an eye appointment they refused to see me because I still have a balance on my account. I took out additional insurance this year because last year my Medicare did not cover what I expected. I am still paying on the bill but that apparently did not matter. Don’t go there if your Medicare will not cover everything. I had to have eye surgery and had United Health care as well, but it did not cover near the charges. I my husband and I will seek other providers. We both have very good insurance coverage now but it did not matter.

Dr. Grosser performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. The results were outstanding. He took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. I felt very comfortable with both surgeries. Dr. Grosser's team and the office staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Maureen Tucker

I am so happy with all aspects of working with Dr. Grosser and his entire team at West Metro Ophthalmology. I went into my first appointment with concern and a bit of anxiety. Yet after the first appointment and up until my last post op I cam away so delighted with everything; the staff, the communication and genuine care was very refreshing! I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Steven Grosser and highly recommend him. Surgeries for both eyes went very well, and I am pleased with the results. I especially appreciate Dr. Grosser’s transparency in responding to my questions, even my questions during surgery. He helped make me very comfortable, such that, after the first eye, I was looking forward to surgery on my second eye.

Not interested in helping me. Told me he's give me the name of someone who had more qualifications. I felt like merchandize. Guess I got eye exam OK but pretty wham bam without thank you mam. Adequate job I guess but no personal interest. Disappointing but then I'm old so what should I expect?
