Got there at 3:55 PM, sign specifically states taking patients to 4:30 PM, wait in line until 4:01, step up receptionist states we stop taking patients at 4:00! Seriously unacceptable service to your customer.

I was in my first car accident yesterday, and symptoms didnt start showing until later so I went to urgent care. I had literally no wait, and very kind and patient nurses and doctor.

Looks like this place was a mixed bag -- ie don't visit if it is busy (like you have the choice) but I was in and out in less than 30-40 minutes to have a cyst lanced drained and dressed.
