I have had excellent care from one of his partners over the years. Unfortunately my regular provider was out of town and I needed an emergency extraction. Dr. Jenny was rude and dismissive when I asked about differences in treatment methods. He asked no questions about prior problems or issues and was completely unfamiliar with my prior history. Due to my extensive dental work, multiple implants, I usually need 1 or 2 days of additional painkillers before OTC painkillers work sufficiently. My regular provider has no problem with this and we worked out a normal amount for 4 days over a period several years of trial and error. All of that is well documented in the file. God forbid you should mention that or ask for 1 to 2 days of additional painkillers over the 1 or 2 days he allows. You are immediately treated like a drug seeker scamming emergency rooms out of weeks worth of pills. The treatment was apalling especially when I was still coming out of anaethesia.It's too bad Dr. Jenny apparently has no respect for his colleagues opinions or treatments and even less for his patients.
